Harrasing calls and *********** call centre agent

My husband has been paying his standard bank account diligently with what we could afford. Suddenly now we have been handed over to these incapable attorneys for more money. Mr Koketso was absolutely rude and threatening to my family and myself. I actually got very worked up and would like an explanation as to why suddenly there is more money needed. We recently had a baby who is extremely unwell and we cannot even afford the monies we are currently paying. I do not Take kindly to being threatened by some call centre agent who has no ability to hold an intelligent conversation.
