My original complaint was addressed speedily and in the correct manner, since then I was handed over to another consultant who has been one of the most helpful, polite and knowledgeable people I have dealt with since my account had been handed over to LGR
I feel more than happy to work with LGR on my credit issue as i can trust it is taken care off correctly and without error
