Frustrated Customer!

I have no words to describe my experienced for the past two months with this company

I was contacted by a lady called Eleanor Kubayi on the 24th October 2017 regading my Absa Credit card an arrangement was reached for me to pay R1000 p/m towards the debt this went on fine and well. On the 3rd April 2018 I received an e-mail from a guy called Simon Mthethwa who informed me that I need to encrease my payments to R2434.58, I explained to Simon the challenges that I was having due to medical bills that I had, the arrangement for R1000p/m was accepted and continued with a phone call monthly to confirm that the arrangement was still on and being honored. Fast forward to October & November 2018 due to unforeseen circumstances with my husband's salary, the matter was resolved on the 08th on the 09th December 2018 I made a payment of R2000 to cover the month of October & November, on the 20th December 2018 I made a payment of R1000 to cover the month of December, on the 25th January I made a payment of R1000 for January installment.

Now to my surprise this morning I am receiving Summons from the sheriff of the court, for the judgement against my name. The documents indicate that they were filed on the 17th January 2019. Now I would like to know why am I being taken to court. 1. My account was up to date by the 31st of December 2018 2. My installment for January 2019 was due on the 27th January 2019 (I paid on the 25th) 3. On the 31st January 2019 I received a letter confirming a new payment arrangement for R1000p/m, from Ellen Mokgosi with the starting date of 28th February 2019 4. In the 16 Months that I have started with the arrangements with LGR i have kipped my monthly payment only 2 times, and I have always made sure that with the next payment I pay double to cover the unpaid month.
