Does LGR Attorneys still exist

I have been trying for over a week now to get a prescription letter or paid up letter from LGR with no callback or email response to my enquiries sent via their website contact form. I am trying to exit debt review and need this letter. Standard bank has told me I need to speak to LGR. I have also lodged a formal complaint with the NCR against standard bank and LGR for their lack of assistance in helping consumers exit debt review

I received a response from LGR, thank you for that but it has been 24hrs and still no further solution. I just wanna settle the account. This may be the first time that a company is delaying in taking my money.

Ok guys, let's get serious now. As a debt collection organization providing a service to a number of customers it cannot take this long to solve a query. You have already given me a settlement balance. You either need to tell me if it's prescribed or make a settlement offer. I will not be waiting another 24hrs for feedback. This is impacting my credit record so I will be reporting this to the NCR or the Ombud or whoever needs to hear about this because this is having a direct impact on me financially. Don't tell me you are following up with Standard Bank daily, because Standard Bank says they are following up with you daily? So, what is really going on.
