Do your employees actually work?

I took out a loan with SmartAdvance quite some time ago, payments went off monthly etc. 2 years later I get a text message from LGR attorneys that I've been handed over to them due my smartadvance loan which has now also built up a lot of interest which I have to now pay back again. I got a hold of LGR attorneys ONCE and not again after that. I've called no answer ( multiple times)!! All I want is a statement but clearly, all they do is take your money with nothing in return. I wasn't asking the employees to move mountains, I was only ( and I STILL am) asking for a statement... Maybe we should make a case against company for *****??? I'm tired of trying to get my name clean because people are *********** to do their job properly!! If me exposing this group online still doesn't help, will have to take it further.
