Disappointing service and threatening messages from LGR ATTORNEYS

I received an SMS stating that payment is due by the 25th. I called and got no response, I then responded to an email stating that I agree to a monthly payment and requested banking details. I was told no banking details may be supp**** without me giving them all of my personal details even though I responded to an email they sent me with their reference!

Since I have received various SMS/emails advising that immediate payment due to avoid legal action, notice drafted etc. even though I agreed to payment SMS which stated payment was due by month end.

Very threatening for no reason when I'm willing to pay!
