debit order on behalf of wonga

Good day<br> <br> i really didnt like attitude i got from LGR incorporated they were supposed to debit my account on the 25 and now they come back to me that i have stopped their account with my bank of which i never did that, and i was given a 35% discount and now they want to make this problem that the debit order didnt go through i called them on the 25th to tell them the debit order is not reflectin can i pay directly , thy say no i must not it is still running. now they want me to pay now and when i tell them about the discount i was given they say i must pay in full. i really hate this !!!
