CONFUSED

<p>I have a standard bank credit card that was handed over. I made arragements to pay 1000 each month but is unemployed since Feb 2016 and made arragements again to pay 300 a month as i am unemployed at the moment. Every month the payment is made on time and i receive a sms saying thank you we received your payment on standard bank card. But a few days after i receive a sms saying to prevent summons to be issued please settle acount so and so with the amount. Now why am i making arragements?? Why do i pay every month and receive a sms to confirm payment??? Why do you want to issue a summons if arragements was made??? Please advisee on this matter.</p>
