Client threats by employee
As a company that deals with debt collection I am so disturbed by how their employees carry themselves. An employee borrows money from us as clients of the company and when you say NO they go ahead threatening you,coming for your family and live.
What are the company policies??As a debt collection company I expect employees to carry themselves accordingly and uphold company values instead of going out of their way to harass people into giving them their hard earned money.

05 Feb 2025, 08:01Public or private we all represent companies we work for and in so saying should carry ourselves with consideration that we are a brand and lgr as a debt collection company the stuff should not be involved in asking money from clients and threatening them when they don’t get help.
