I have never dealt with the most *********** individuals in my life. Paid over R10 000 to settle my account 2 weeks ago. Til today I am sent from pillar to post, none of them are able to allocate my payment. Georginah candle do it, escalated to Sunay du Plessis (Team Leader) who shows no care whatsoever. Doesn't update, doesn't respond to calls. I have never seen anything like this. It is shocking that one needs to be aggressive for them to be taken seriously nowadays. Shocking Shocking Shocking service. I am finding it very hard to say what I really want to say about these bull**** professionals
