Bullying Tactics Are Not Welcome!

My Standard Bank credit card has been on a payment arrangement for some time now, which I have been adhering to diligently, and I am unfortunately still not in a position to increase the payment. Rather than pay nothing, I am still doing what I can from my side, and I know that according to the credit act provided I adhere to the arrangement in place no further action can be taken, yet I just received a very threatening phone call from LGR Attorneys that if I don't settle the account a summons will be issued against me, I will need to appear in court and my assets will be seized. When I politely rep**** that I am unable to increase the arrangement and I know that no further action can be taken as I have adhered strictly to the arrangement (and have also not had any correspondence from them in months since I put the arrangement in place, other than the monthly "thank you for your payment" sms) I was told by the not so friendly consultant that he's explained what's going to happen and then he put the phone down on me. I am absolutely disgusted by this treatment and bullying tactics - it seems collections agents don't understand that any person who is behind on their accounts would love to bring them up to date, if for no other reason than to get bullies like you off our backs! The fact that Standard Bank is using a company who uses these tactics to try to get more money out of people who can't afford it is very disappointing.
