Bul**** by collector from a collection attorney

I just received a call from a lady demanding the most absurd thing for me to do.

First of all I will not be bul**** by any collector for any reason whatsoever. I want you to address your consultant on customer centricity despite the type of account you guys hold with me I am a client with Lime loans and not with you and the fact that you handle their business doesn't mean you are not obligated to treat me as a client nonetheless.

The tone of your consultant is what I will not tolerate talking down on me like I am a child.

Then she questions me why I haven't made a full payment when I just made a payment this morning if she dared to check her notes I had a call 2 weeks ago from your consultant and she just asked me much I'm going to pay today for the first time I hear my minimum on each account to pay is R500.

What is the problem here are you in the business of bullying clients or accepting payment as you should and if there is an issue raise it politely and here reason and move.

I also reiterate I have 2 accounts handed over to your company I will not make 2 different payments to the same account number it's up to your finance team how they will allocate the payment hence I did not attach a reference to the payment and sent an email to clarify.

I demanded an apology for the consultants behavior and I also encourage that you look into allocation system and create a viable solution for your clients.

I'm committed to paying of this account with that said I will escalate not be shy to escalate malpractice to the NCR or Ombuds related to your industry attorneys or not you are governed by rules and those rules should be adhired to.

First and foremost your email does not render an apology for the behavior of your consultant which is the core of my complaint. 2 you are not giving me a valid reason why I should pay 2 different payments to the same company for the 2 accounts held by 1 company. The same way you will allocate this payment will be the same way you allocate moving forward. I'm tired of having to over explain myself to you regarding payment of this account payment will be made as per conversation with the last consultant go back to your notes and revise. I demand a sincere apology from your consultant for the way they adressed me yesterday and once payment is allocated may I have my 2 updated statements emailed to me.

Good morning Ms Tsiu,

Thank you for your reply above.  I confirm that myself being the HOD of the Lime Loans Department,  as well as our Quality Manager have listened to your call with our agent, and that we are of the opinion that our agent was entirely professional and did not behave in the way that you alleged herein at all.  I confirm that the call recording is available for you to listen to, should you wish to do so.

I further confirm that our firm handles high volumes of accounts, and that our systems are automated, which makes it safe and easy to allocate payments from yourself, if you add the correct references and pay towards each account separately.  Should you wish us to split one payment every month, you might run the risk of your payments not being allocated accurately by Lime Loans.
Please contact me on *** should you wish to discuss further.

Kind Regards,
