Beyond Frustrated!!! Car Settlement Letter
I want to know must I wait the whole December of 2024 before I get my settlement letter for my car? I have been going back and forth with calls and emails with your guys been dealing with your consultant Thabo Mampane and Lebohang Baloyi who have showed zero interest in my matter I was told on Monday the 2nd of December 2024 to wait for 48 hours in which I will receive my settlement letter. Today it’s the 5th December 2024 @20:18 still no letter! Instead I’m busy receiving emails reminding me of the payment arrangement I made on the 6th of December 2024 that I will be paying you guys. I did not make any payment arrangement with you guys you are failing me dismally it’s disgusting at this point! Give me my car settlement letter that’s all I want from you and I want it first thing in the morning on the 6th December 2024!!!
