Assitance required

Good day. I have tried to get hold of someone there for a paid up letter. The payment was made on the 31st of July, i continuously followed up and eventually resorted to calls. They explained that it takes 30 days, +_ I respected it, and waiting, contacted them again today. NO ANSWER. Emailed again, NO ANSWER. when we have to make payments, they hound us, but when we need to get Paid Up letters, no one is available for help. This is the only outstanding letter i need. I need this letter. Please can someone from LGR Attorney's contact me. I have been in contact with Nkateko Maluleke, who doesn't respond to emails. I need some form of answers please.
