Arrogant, rude, no help and claims no emails were received. 6 months discount offered but now emails ignored

My Absa credit card has been handed over to LGR attorneys, I have an arrangement with them of R300 each month, which I have been paying besides last month, as I had emailed the lady I was dealing with over 6 times letting her know I have a problem, but can make a minimum payment of R100.00 atleast, and asked her to confirm if that will be ok? I also asked about 7 weeks ago for a statement and to date I have still not received, when I spoke to the agent she denied ever receiving my emails and never got back to me. Absa sent me an sms saying that I can qualify for a 25% discount over 6 months, I queried what the promotion is and how much the monthly payments would be, so maybe I could make a plan and have this paid, but received no response to date. I then get very rude disgusting phone call, when I asked why emy emails were not responded to, and to date where is my statement, and what is the discounted amount, I am told nothing was received and the email I sent to was sent to the wrong address, but this was the same email address we have been corresponding on, today I get an email saying she cant accept my payment and judgement will be granted, as per the NCR I have enquired and as long as I am willing to make payment, my payments cannot be refused. I am willing to pay and was hoping to pay this off in 6 months, but no one responds when ABSA is offering the promotion, I got an stating that my payments will not accepted and the arrangements will not be accepted either. I have spoken to the NCR and Ombudsman and will be opening a formal complaint. These attorneys are not willing to assist and choose which emails to respond to and which emails to ignore. They are rude and have no way of speaking to people. The arrogance was unbelievable.
