Arear amount
A lady by the name Nancy Nonhlanhla Mdluli from LGR Attorneys sent me an email over a week ago offering that we arrange payment for a VAF account arears from Standard Bank. I have requested the lady to kindly tell me which month exactly are the arears are arising from so that I can send proof of payment if I know I have paid or arrange if I have not. After a number of emails I have sent requesting clarity on the matter the lady does not reply. I am not what her intentions are because I cannot arrange payment unless I am clear which month exactly I have skipped payment.
I find this so unprofessional

25 Aug 2023, 15:27 Dear Mr. Mdlamza, Your post on this forum only came to our attention on even date, apologies for the delayed response. We regret that your experience was anything less than satisfactory. We investigated the statements made based on available information and can confirm that our agent e-mailed you on 8 August. On more or less 10 August we noted a reply from yourself with regard to your enquiry dealing with the origin of the arrears. Our agent, with intention to respond, then noted on the same date that the arrears had been settled in full which resulted in the matter being withdrawn from our office in order to be conducted normally once again. When the matter was recalled, our mandate ended and as such, she ceased further communication. We hope that the above clarifies the reason for communication not continuing and thank you for bringing your account up to date. Yours faithfully, Ms. M. Cornelius LGR INCORPORATED
Best regards,
