*********** and Rude

***********. I had an overdue VAF account that was handed over to LGR. They do not respond to any emails, when you phone, the staff are all shouting to each other for information. After my arrears were settled I emailed to find out if they had received payment and what the account standing was. No response. So I phoned. Got put through to a rude woman that did not understand my questoon and continued to talk about things I did not ask. I got angry and told her that they are *********** because they had caused stress to me and couldn't bother to respond to an email. She shouted at me and said that I will never call her *********** and dropped the call. Disgusting service.

Reviewer Update
Good day,

Thanks for the response. As my account was with you and I had emailed to find out if the payment was received and captured and I didn't get a response, the best option was to phone your office as that is where my acccount was. I wasn't going to hold on for 2 hours with Standard Bank as I was number 78 in the queue when your office could have told me that they received the payment. After my first payment I also had to call your office because Lucinda does not respond to emails, as a nervous 25 year old who would like clarity on the matter, they confirmed that they received the payment. I went on to make the second payment and Nedbank sent back the money saying "Account does not exist." I had to phone your office to get other banking details, which the staff members shouted the details to each other for me to write down, because once again I did not get a reply to my email requesting other bank details. The consultant gave me the wrong account number TWICE hence my reason for phoning the office to hear if they actually received it. You must remember at this point, after countless unanswered emails and unsurity of whether or not the payment was received and your rude staff, I was beyond annoyed. I asked one question "Have you received the payment I made of R4000." then the consultant goes on to tell me that I asked her if there was any arrearrs on the account. Which was never the question, because I knew if they received the R4000 my account was up to date. I would recommend you send your staff for a telephone etiquette class.
