Absa Credit (lGR ATTORNEYS

So I made arrangements with LGR to pay up my absa credit card which was arranged, I have made my final payment 25th of september.So my problem comes in why is it that I CAN HAVE 13missed calls ,5 sms and emails non stop to remind me a day before to pay but when im finished paying my account is still open i've been emailing regarding my closing of my absa credit i go to bank its still active ... please advice to what is happening i sent 4 emails nobody responds but if its to speak about money i get instant reply !!!

Is anybody going to help me close my account? I need to buy a car but this is delaying that !!!
