Abhorrent behaviour
I received an email from LGR threatening me with a summons for s default judgement against me with regards to an ABSA credit card. I fell into arrears with the payments but have been paying ABSA regularly since April 2020. According to LGR, I have not made any payments. If they check with ABSA, they will see the payment history. The threat included the following statement: " If summons is served and still no payment received then judgment will be granted and it will remain against your name for 30 years." I find their threats really abhorrent. I get the impression that they want me to pay them and not ABSA.
