Stay clear. Expensive and unprofessional

Stay away from these *****s. And if you really, really must make sure to get a written quote no matter how big the emergency. I phone them for the replacement of a geyser. I clearly stated that I have the replacement geyser, not pipes, valves or anything else. They pitched up with nothing, no pipes, no connectors nothing. Not an issue for me because the breakers and rest of the valves are fine so do not need to be replaced. I gave them connectors and pipes to use. Got sent the invoice and the price is just ridiculous, twice the verbal estimate. The job itself is unprofessional, they did not know that the geyser earth must be bonded. And unlike others who quoted less than them, they do not give a coc, which btw I did not expect from the original verbal quote but I definitely do for the exorbitant amount I paid in the end.
