Non-compliant workmanship, invalid CoC, and completely ignoring me! Avoid!

Do not use Lgee Plumb-All unless you want to pay premium rates for completely defective, non-compliant plumbing that violates South African National Standards (SANS)—and a team that will ghost you the moment things go wrong. I hired them to replace a 150L Kwikot geyser and paid them to issue a plumbing Certificate of Compliance (CoC). After experiencing persistent issues, I had an independent, registered inspection agency (Juspropa) evaluate their work. The findings were shocking: 1. They *******ly installed a secondary pressure control valve near the geyser (SANS strictly limits this to one per system, which was already balanced on my main line). 2. They left the safety valve entirely non-functional because they failed to install a mandatory discharge pipe at the correct angle, causing the safety valve to stay continuously open under trapped pressure. 3. To top it all off, they charged me nearly R1,000 to issue a CoC for an installation that is completely ******** under SANS regulations. Issuing a compliance certificate for defective, ******* workmanship is a massive red flag. Since receiving the inspection report, I have made multiple attempts to engage with them to come out and fix their mess under their supposed "six-month guarantee on workmanship." They have completely ignored me, dodging my messages and refusing to respond for days. Their service is amateur hour and their customer care is non-existent. I have been forced to issue a formal legal letter of demand just to get a response. Save yourself the money, the safety hazards, and the massive headache, hire real, communicative professionals instead.
