A brilliant Representative of LG U Plus, Korea

I am a South Korean resident in South Africa. I visited my home country, South Korea, with my wife recently. I needed to get a U-sim chip in my cellphone for communication and as a proof of identity.

In order to acquire this chip, I needed assistance from the call center of LG U plus. However, I didn’t find a solution by the lady assistants who attended my call. They spoke without consideration and were not mindful.

When I called them again on the morning of 25th April 2021, I first introduced my name and asked for the assistant’s name, as a precaution, so that she can be responsible for her words. Her name was Ms Yoonseon Choi(최윤선).

This time, I was met with a surprise. She had the heart to discover my needs and found a solution for me. I cannot easily forget her excellence and kindness. I thought she was a brilliant representative of LG U plus.

As a leadership consultant, I would like to praise her for her work ethic.
