LevelUP Connect, just a bad experience

If I could give a lower rating I would. Having booked many weeks in advance, setting out 2 hours of once day, only to be notified of NO SORRY WE WONT COME TODAY BECAUSE OUR TECHNISION CALLED IN SICK. Really!!!! Is this the type of company you want to sign up with, expect support from. My advice, thoughts to anyone looking to signup with, thru try another vendor NOT "LevelUp Connect"
