WORSTE SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!

This is the worste company to ever deal with. I had my wifi installed through them in Pretoria, then i had to relocate to Cape Town. Phoning them to cancel my contract they told me NOT to cancel because they can relocate my contract to my new address for a relocation fee. As I work from home, this was quite importent to me to get it done as soon as i set foot in Cape Town. After SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND COMMUNICATION from their side that I can be assured that all is set for installation, when i arrived in Cape Town, the service provider who the send could not help me at my address. AGAIN, AS I SAID, THIS IS AFTER I PHONED SEVERAL TIMES AND ASKED IF THEY ARE SURE THAT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO HELP ME WHICH THEY CONFIRMED. They also told me to take the router with, for the will only plug it in here and connect. That couldn't happen when I got here. they didn't make sure, as they confirmed they did, that they can in fact just relocate me. NOW AFTER MANY DIBATES with this person and that person, they do not want to cancel my contract unless i pay a fee. I have to pay double now, for the new service provider and Level 7. They want to summons me for the outstanding amount and also because I took the router with after they told me i should take it with me.

never ever sign a contract with Level 7.
