Worst service from Internet Sercvice Provider

Good Day

I'm fed up with Level 7 and Metro Fibre My internet is been down since Sunday 12 February 2023. Fault was reported. Since then nobody botherwd to pitch up even when they said it will receive urgent attention.

Clearly they don't care about customer ssrvice.
