Worst ISP in South Aftica

I app**** for a 100mbps fiber connection on the 3rd of March, it is the 13th today and I'm still only getting 10mbps. They refuse to release my circuit so I can move to another ISP and they belatedly ignore my emails. I am not getting any feedback whatsoever.
