Worst ISP I have ever dealt with

To give Level7 one star is one more than they should get. I cancelled my link a month in advance. I also started following up on the day of cancellation. It’s now been two weeks and they have still not released my link. Not to mention than in over a week I’ve not heard from them. I absolutely believe that due to poor service (reason for me cancelling) and me moving to another ISP they are just not interested in cancelling if they can get another months money.
