Worst fibre service ever

I am currently doing a migration, I called around end of October to find out the process, my isp advised i need to give one month notice. Migration had to take place on 1st January, I am still calling even today trying to get my line active.. the call centre is awful got transferred about 4 times, you wait about an hour. I’m not even with them yet but I want out.
