Worst ever service provider LEVEL 7

I'm extremely disappointed with the overall service provided by Level 7. First, they do send out communications to all clients that our line speed would be increased at no additional cost to us. And, this will happen on the 1st of June 2021. This did NOT happen. Not sure if this another ****, to entice new clients to join?? Also another unresolved issue is that Level 7 promised to migrate me to another provider, this has unfortunately not happen, and I still need to bare degraded line speed from Metrofibre. I'm truly disgusted with Level 7 service delivery. New clients please stay away from Level 7!!!!!!!!!!
