Worst customer service via email and telephone received - LEVEL 7

Worst customer service ever received this week. Ruddy Moeketsana has no idea of how to answer questions on emails. I have noted about 3 or 4 instances where I ask a simple question,and she just does not answer them or chooses to only answer one.

We are moving and i inquired on our current package and the new area coverage. I am back to square one a week later.

I will cancel my contracts with Level 7 standing from 2019. Absolutely horrible experience.
