WORSE ISP EVER!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Worst company to cancel your subscription with. My account was on debit order and after cancellation of my fibre line they stopped the debit order from their side. They started sending mails ander after a few weeks of not checking my mails on an inactive email account I did admit that the money was not taken off my account and I asked why the debit order was stopped? They admitted it was a mistake on their side but it is not their problem because I admitted already that I owed them money. And by this time I was already handed over to a debt collecting company. Payment was then made to Level 7 direct and a month later I received another sms and mail from the debt collection company for even more money. I phoned Juanita at Level 7 but it’s like talking to a broken record with the same generated answers over and over again. For 3 plus years you debited my account without a single problem until I cancel my service then the **** hits the fan. My biggest regret was to even considering you as an ISP in the firs place. And for swearing at Juanita I am not sorry, she might not even be a real person in anyway. Sound like a generated robot that only knows 3 lines. I believe the cancellation of the debit order that started this problem in the 1st place was done by her.
