Wish we never went to them!

Shockingly terrible... I was recommended to Level-7 by a friend who could not stop signing their praises. However, I have had nothing but issues with them. They have billed me incorrectly a few times and raised the price of the service, without telling me... However, they said they could see the price increase email had never been sent. The most recent issue was when my internet just stopped working... I reached out to their help line and the service was appalling and the assistance received was nothing short of rude. Nothing was explained besides the fact that we would need to spend money to have someone come and assess the box, even though it just stopped working out of nowhere... When I asked for a reason, I was met with a snarky comment.

I honestly wish I never went to Level-7... Would rather suffer with Mweb at this point.
