I have been with Level7 since 2023 and the service was excellent. Never had a problem with the ISP our problems were with VumaTel. Level7 went above and beyond to solve problems and informed us immediately if it was a Vuma problem. We have a link group to Vuma so we would know if Level 7 were truthful or not. The only reason we left Level 7 was because Vuma fibre lines are too expensive. keep it up level 7.
