Very Very Very bad support when wifi is down, SIES!!!!

Really really really really bad support, I have not had wifi for one and a half days. It just seems like they don't care at all. They kept saying its the fibre service I use, keep making up lies, and eventually got told by the fibre service that level 7 pushed me off my wifi and they reconnected in a minute. I have always recommended level 7 to everyone, but after the service I have received since yesterday, I will not recommend them ever again and I will be changing to another SP by month end. Staff are also not very well trained in my opinion, as they just messed everything up more.
