Very quick with support, and the connection is lovely, except when it’s gone completely… this now marks the third time since joining a week ago, that my connection is completely gone and I have to email to get it restored

Very quick with support, and the connection is lovely, except when it’s gone completely… this now marks the third time since joining a week ago, that my connection is completely gone and I have to email to get it restored. Would be a roaring review if I could rely on the connection.
