Unreliable wifi service ever! No sense of urgency whatsoever

Almost a week without internet connection. Every time there is an electricity isssue, their router never connects. Their technicians have to go on site for reconnection. I think the router is the problem and the group is aware but somehow never wanna provide quality devices! I've a logged a query and still waiting.....days passed, one has to spend money with prepaid data for WFH purposes....So dissapointing.
