UNRELIABLE!!!

Covering up mistakes of their people at the cost of their customers. I want to spread the word that they are unreliable and unreasonable. They were to help me in the process to move my wifi to my new property, but they did not inform me with sufficient info to do so seamlessly. Now they transferred the line to the new property and I could not move in. I am stuck at my old property without wifi that I urgently need. Now they want me to pay for both properties!!!
