Unhappy customer
They have installed used dirty PowerBeam written Solo when I asked they said it is because I choose 12 months and no one has explained to me that if I'm talking 12 months cantract I will be getting used power Beam, which I don't understand, I'm not happy at all so which means I will be using an old power beam and the same day which has lost the internet, I have to call the people where installing to come back and fix it

We understand your concerns and would like to clarify that, as per Section 7 of the 12-month contract you signed, Level-7 retains ownership of the hardware (CPE) we provide. It is at our discretion which brands we use, and in some cases, pre-owned hardware may be deployed. However, we assure you that all equipment is thoroughly tested to ensure it is in proper working order and can connect to the internet before installation.
If your internet connection is disrupted, we are committed to investigate and repair any hardware issues that may arise. Currently, your network is active, and you should be able to connect to the internet without any issues.
