They quick toe sell the package to you but can't install the router properly... I'm the client and requested Fibre and they confirmed my building got Fibre. When they arrived at my office to install router they realized they need some other black connector box and can only be installed by a other team.. So I'm still waiting for the. And it difficult to get someone to talk to.
