********* & Unprofessional Conduct

I had taken a 24 month Fibre contract with level 7 & as our complex didnot have the Fibre infrastructure,Level 7 had proposed to put the infrastructure in place provided that i sign a 24 month contract with them ,paying R650 per month for a 10Mbp.i was happy with a 10Mpb.At the end of the 24 month contract Level 7 took it upon them selves to upgrade my package to a 50Mpb without my consent and then continued to bill me R650.They failed to contact me to check if had a need for a 50Mbp but assumed that it was fine to upgrade my package without my consent. I am totally disgusted with this ********* & unprofessional conduct.
