Level 7 internet after connecting fibra for 8days, i was told to pay on the 1st and given a grace until the 8th. But because im getting paid on the 15th i couldn't and the decided to switch off the line. But they say now they cantopen my line cause ive found a company that can accomodate on my payday, they say i must pay R599. 00 of which is unfaire and a ******* to me. They say it is in the contract but they also bave violated their own contract by switching the fibra in the 8th day
