Thank you, Level-7 !

I want to personally thank Jade Cook for all his efforts with my order for fibre when we moved into our new house. This also goes to the other people that assisted him at Level-7 to resolve my major challenge with Vuma. Vuma has recycled the existing ONT / CPE in the house and we were unaware of it until it was time to activate our new service. Jade kept me updated the entire time regarding the situation until we finally had the situation resolved and our service up & running. Thank you also to the technical staff that helped me afterwards when I had technical challenges in setting up additional equipment. I will most definitely recommend Level-7 to anyone who wants to experience professional, efficient yet friendly service from an ISP.
