Terrible service

I was told that Level 7 provides superior service to Supersonic. Have now been with them for approximately 6 months and been left twice without any network and all my devices in my house runs on it so I am very dependent on it.

Called the call center various times and after sending numerous pictures was told to find some non-existent box around my house (which doesn't exist). Absolutely terrible service. Not happy.

Stay away.
