Support from Level 7 tech department

Good day

I would just like to thank the support department from Level 7,my internet stopped working yesterday(sunday 15/10/2017) I didnt bother phoning on sunday and thought ill phone and report it on Monday,I presumed it was going to be a long story to sort it out but within 20 odd mins my internet was up and running again.
