I phone Level 7 on the 11 December 2017 spoke to David Kriel who send me the application forms via e-mail. I completed the forms and send them back immediately two days later I had to send David Kriel another e-mail as I had no feedback for two days. On the 14 December he send me an e-mail saying I was approved and asked me if Monday the 18 December 2017 would suite me for installation at 9:30. I mailed back saying it was fine and arrange someone to be at my house at 9:30 seeing that I work from 9:00 until 17:30. At 10:20 I mailed David Kriel informing him that the installation guys are not in site. At 12:10 I have had no feedback and then phoned his office and told the lady that I had someone waiting since 9:30 at 12:30 the installation guys show up only to inform me that the system they are installing does NOT make you house a WI-FI hotspot and only cover 10-15 square meters I then phoned David Kriel again only to be informed that I will need another router and that they can not help me today although when I app**** I told David that the Wi-Fi was my grandson Christmas gift. Level 7 would only be able to help me after Christmas and if that is n9t the worse I will have to pay another R1,450 one thousand four hundred and fifty rand for them to come back and install an extra router. I have to wait for them 3 hours to come install by their installation guy can NOT spend an extra hour at my house and complete my installation TODAY so that my grandson has his Christmas gift on time. Since when must the customer bend backwards for the supplier, I thought it was the other way around THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS COMES FIRST. WELL DONE LEVEL 7 FOR RUINING MY GRANDSON'S CHRISTMAS AND WASTING MY TIME.
