Shocking Service!!!

Not sure what happened there but Customer Service has gone out the window. Sorry to say but if you can, avoid using them. Going day 4 without internet at my new location although the fibre box has been installed prior to when I moved in and I booked the move 5 days in advance. They could not even log the correct ticket with the fibre company. Avoid yourself the frustration.
