Shocking First Impression

Being a newly signed-up customer, you'd think they'd try to create a great first impression—not so much. The impertinence and sarcasm dished out by the saleswoman cannot go unmentioned. I understand that sometimes things are a bit tight and there may be no staff available to deliver routers, etc., but it is the way that message is carried across that matters. When it was brought to her attention that she was speaking to a customer, she became even more argumentative. I suggest this lady be sent for people skills training, especially since she is in a 'front-line' position at Level 7. The only reason I have rated Level 7 a 1 star is because a 0 star is not an option.
