With only over a few hours with their Internet fibre, all is running well. Im just not happy that I had to pay for pro-rata (20Aug-31Aug) even though I only received the modem on the 31st of August 22 even when I had selected payment date to be 1st of every month. It was not discussed with me on initial start date.
