SERVICE NOT AS PROMISED

I ordered a 200mbps line and barely get 100mbps, even with a cable connection. 5G is relatively fast, but one wall and there is no reception. 2,4gHz gives a little better reception, but with each wall, the speed halves. My tvs are not 5G and the technician recommended wires!? My previous service provider covered my whole house and tvs, but not this one. If it wasn't for the fact that I now have a 6 month contract, I would have gone back. Only positive is, at least the call centre responds -even though they can do nothing for you!
