Service Deteriorating

I have been with Level 7 for almost 10 years now. In the beginning they were really good and listened to customers. Now I have relocated to Cape Town and it seems their service has got worse. I have never had so many outages and the time it takes for the issues to get resolved is a lot longer. They also arent as responses as they used to be, ie like giving feedback when outages occur. I also have to up my premium for no apparent reason, where all other ISPs rates are dropping, mine seems to increase. Doesnt make any sense what so ever! I'm definitely considering other ISPs because for this.
